About Hayat Akhoudas - Massage Therapist in Hackney
Hayat is a highly qualified therapist, offering Reiki and Massage in Hackney from our treatment rooms at The Holding Space.
It was while travelling in Indonesia that Hayat fell in love with massage therapy, and has since then embarked on a journey of self-discovery and perpetual learning; completing massage training in both the UK and South-East Asia.
Energy work being a paramount component of massage therapy – particularly of traditional Thai therapy – it was only natural that Reiki became part of her practice, having experienced first-hand how effective it is for emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
