Room 1 is our largest treatment space at the Holding Space Therapy Rooms. It offers a beautiful and stylish treatment space which is suitable for talking therapies, massage and body work, acupuncture, reiki and other holistic therapies. This room is perfect for therapists looking for a larger therapy room in Hackney.

This room offers a comfortable therapy and workshop space for 2-6 people. Additional temporary seating can be arranged for small workshops if needed.

Monday – Sunday

• Morning Block (8am–1pm): £50

• Afternoon Block (1pm–6pm): £50

• Evening Block (6pm–11pm): £50

• Standard Practice Day (8am–6pm): £85

• Peak Later Day (1pm–11pm): £95

• Full Practice Day (7am–11pm): £120

• Fully Flexible Hours / Ad-hoc Use: £20 per hour

HOW IT WORKS

If you’re looking for a regular, consistent time each week, we offer fixed weekly blocks and full practice days.

If you’re starting out or building your private practice, we also offer a fully flexible booking option – allowing you to begin with just 2 flexible hours per week and increase your time as your practice grows.

Additional hours can be booked at any time, subject to availability.
